Pharada’s Track & Trace consulting and training programs are led by Dr. Ahmed Dawoud, a recognized expert in pharmaceutical serialization and supply chain traceability with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Ahmed has successfully led and supported more than 30 Track & Trace implementation projects across the Middle East. His work spans manufacturers, distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies, helping organizations design and implement compliant serialization and traceability systems across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

He has been invited as a subject matter expert in regional awareness webinars organized in collaboration with Lean Business Services and the Saudi Food & Drug Authority, where he delivered expert insights on the latest de-serialization regulatory updates in Saudi Arabia. These sessions supported pharmaceutical stakeholders across the Kingdom in understanding evolving regulatory expectations and preparing their systems accordingly.

Through Pharada’s initiatives, Dr. Ahmed has also delivered specialized Track & Trace training programs for pharmaceutical organizations in Jordan and Egypt, in addition to awareness sessions supporting the Jordan Food & Drug Administration.
