About Us

Pharada is a boutique pharmaceutical consulting dedicated to helping pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations achieve regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable performance. With over 35 years of combined industry experience, we bring together global regulatory insight and deep regional understanding of the Arab pharmaceutical market.

Our expertise spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality management systems, validation and qualification, regulatory affairs, supply chain, digital transformation, and emerging industry technologies.

But at Pharada, we believe compliance alone is not enough. Many organizations meet regulatory requirements on paper yet struggle with execution, inspection readiness, and sustaining performance over time. Our work therefore focuses on translating regulatory expectations into practical systems, strong governance, and operationally embedded processes that function in real environments.

Pharada is driven by a core team of senior pharmaceutical professionals with hands-on experience across quality systems, manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution. Every engagement is leadership-driven and supported by targeted subject matter experts in areas such as GMP & GLP compliance, validation and qualification, inspection readiness, track & trace/serialization, digital transformation, and manufacturing scale-up.
